This policy explains how Magnic Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Magnic”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through magnic.in. We manufacture EasyCLIQ jewellery photography studios and Ferrous Particle Detectors, and are based in Coimbatore, India.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Enquiry and demo forms — your name, company name, business address, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), email address, industry, the products you are interested in, what you are looking for (information, a demo, or service), and any notes you write.
- Marketing consent — whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive product updates, case studies and event invitations.
- Technical information — standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) generated automatically when you browse the site.
We do not ask for — and you should not send us — payment card details, government identity numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demonstration, prepare a quotation, or raise a service request for a machine you already own.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry.
- To send marketing communications — only if you gave consent, and only until you opt out.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
Where your information goes
Enquiries submitted here are stored in Magnic’s own customer relationship management system and are accessible to our sales and service teams. Demo requests are additionally emailed to our sales inbox.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site; they process data only on our behalf:
- Our hosting provider — serves the website and keeps server logs.
- SendGrid (Twilio) — delivers demo-request emails to our team.
- Google Maps Platform — powers the optional company-address lookup on our contact form. If you use it, the text you type is sent to Google.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and measurement
Where we advertise or measure website traffic, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, which set cookies to understand how visitors reach and use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and the site will continue to work normally. Embedded YouTube videos may set cookies when you play them, under Google’s own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you as a customer or prospect, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will remove it.

- Ask us to delete your information.

The website is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to our CRM is restricted to authorised Magnic staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
