The problem, before EasyCLIQ
For a jewellery business the photograph is the storefront. A buyer scrolling a marketplace decides in seconds, and they decide on the image — not the piece.
Getting that image was the hard part. Someone had to set the light exposure by hand for every piece, and gold, silver, diamonds and coloured stones each behave differently under the same lamp. Get it wrong and the metal reads with a colour cast — antique gold in particular came out looking nothing like the piece in the tray.
Then came the part nobody counted: post-production. Cutting the background out of every shot, correcting the tone, resizing for each platform. A seasonal collection of a few hundred SKUs simply did not scale, and the work needed a professional to do it at all.
